HAWKEYES A LOOK BACK to 2009

The 2009 Hawkeye football season was just so good- we just can't seeem to let go of it.  It was a bite your nails, grab the edge of your seat roller coaster heart provoker season - but it kept us all coming back game after game wanting more of that incredible adrenline rush.  Now we long for it again as the Hawks begin their preparation for their new season. . .Here is another look back

 

 

IOWA HAWKEYES 2010 SEASON QUICKLY APPROACHES

It seems like we just left the Orange Bowl.  I don't know where the time has gone - but the days have vanished - summer is almost over.  The new season is almost upon us.  The beloved Hawkeye Fans want the season to begin . . . Football camp begins Aug 5th, 2010.   Past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior. . .take a peek. . .

 

 

 

 

 

HAWKEYES FANS ABOUND at Camp Dodge

I guess I never fully understood how deep the Hawkeye Fan roots run. It doesn't matter where you live or what you do for a living, there is a certain unqestionable loyalty that binds one Hawkeye fan to another. 

On Wednesday November 25, 2009 Hawkeye running back Adam Robinson stopped by Camp Dodge while home for Thanksgiving.  He met with soliders and their families and signed autograph's.

One Hawkeye soldier brought his Hawkeye Camper to have AROB.s autograph adorn his sacred HAWK Camper.

This soldier loves his ARMY, his COUNTRY, his Family and his HAWKEYES -  I can't think of a better combination.

Even small fans  got in on the action
